This model just opened up a healthy food hotspot in Hawaii

Flanked by his two brothers, Travis Trigger Smith has just opened up a healthy food hut in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, offering Aloha Spirit cuisine that has already drawn in surfers and locals alike with its healthy, tropical menu.

On the surfing hotspots of Waikiki and Sunset Beach, you’ll find Travis Trigger Smith’s new culinary ventures. The model, who has graced the catwalks for Versace, Missoni and Moncler, has opened “The Sunrise Shack” with siblings Alex and Koa. The wooden hut, built onto the sandy beach, offers a tropical, healthy menu à la Aloha Spirit. Dishes pay homage to the sea, with vegetarian and vegan options all created with local ingredients like papaya, acai berries and edible flowers. They also offer an organic coffee that mixes coconut oil and butter, which is said to improve brain performance. Other options include a plethora of raw vegetable salads from local vegetable gardens, rainbow-colored tropical smoothies and Hawaiian granola bowls. This summer, the trio are heading to the Japanese coast, with a new restaurant that is still a closely guarded secret.
