CoreLife Eatery brings fresh, healthy food options to Hyde Park

Active lifestyle options are about to expand in the Cincinnati area with the opening of a CoreLife Eatery in Hyde Park.

The new restaurant, offering a variety of greens, grains, and broth-based dishes, opens 11 a.m. Friday, July 20, at 3804 Paxton Ave.

This is the ninth Ohio location for the fast-growing restaurant chain which opened its first Kentucky restaurant in Florence last year.

CoreLife Eatery offers dishes made with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMO’s, according to the eatery. The chicken and steak are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones.

There’s a widespread belief that food can’t possibly be both healthy and delicious, Todd Mansfield of CoreLife said in a statement.

“We have an innovative menu made entirely from fresh, simple ingredients that taste fantastic and our customers look forward to eating,” he said. “We can’t wait for CoreLife Eatery to become a community staple in Hyde Park.”

CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 locations, including both corporate and franchise, nationwide over the next five years. The eatery, which opened its first restaurant in 2015 in Syracuse, New York, currently has locations in 10 states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Utah.
