
Schools are having trouble putting food on the table for thousands of kids. Many have resorted to raiding nearby stores for frozen foods just to get by. Jenna Knuth, director of food and nutrition at North Kansas City Schools in Missouri, joins us.
Surfing was a lifeline for Sara Shukla when she was an awkward adolescent. This summer, she taught her young daughter how to surf. Shukla tells her story.
