WILMINGTON– You are invited to the next Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie 2018 Winter Lecture Series on Jan. 31.
The topic is "Healthy Soil, Healthy Food, Healthy People." The one-hour lecture will be held at the Midewin Welcome Center at 7 p.m. Presenter is Erin Meyer, executive director, Spence Farm Foundation
The Spence Farm Foundation’s purpose is to connect cultural influencers to the sources of food through a multi-sensory approach. In this lecture, learn how sustainable farming methods and farm work should be a part of our prescription for good health.
